Our Property-Check Process

To improve transparency and reduce risks, Zamin Dekho follows a structured property-check process before listings are showcased. This process may include:

• On-ground validation such as location checks, photos, videos, and timestamps.
• Broker-level quality assessment based on past activity, ratings, and user feedback.
• Screening of property details to identify visible inconsistencies or potential red flags.

Payments & Fees

In certain cases, users may initiate property-related payments through integrated payment systems within the platform. These transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Zamin Dekho does not directly hold or control transaction funds.

Zamin Dekho may charge service or facilitation fees for supporting and coordinating transactions. These charges are communicated clearly to the relevant users during the process before any payment is made.

Our goal is to reduce uncertainty in real estate transactions by combining structured verification, clear information, and guided support — helping users move forward with greater confidence.

1. Platform Role

Zamin Dekho is a technology-driven real estate platform designed to enable structured property discovery, broker engagement, transaction coordination, and value-added services including verification and deal management.

Zamin Dekho operates as:

• A facilitator between buyers, sellers, and brokers.
• A service provider for coordination, verification, and transaction support.
• An intermediary for structured and secure payment workflows, where applicable.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• All information provided must be accurate and complete.
• Zamin Dekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Services Offered

The platform provides:

• Property discovery and listing services.
• Broker assignment and management.
• Site visit coordination.
• Property verification (basic to advanced levels).
• Deal room and transaction coordination.
• Payment facilitation, where enabled.

Services may evolve and expand over time.

4. Fees and Charges

Zamin Dekho may charge:

• Broker subscription fees.
• Listing and promotion charges.
• Verification fees.
• Service and coordination charges.
• Transaction-based commission or facilitation fees.

All applicable fees are clearly communicated before payment. Users are advised to carefully review all charges. In case of any confusion, users should contact the official support team before proceeding. Payments should be made only after full understanding and acceptance.

5. Payment Rules

Users must not make any direct payments to brokers, agents, or third parties. All payments must be made strictly through the Zamin Dekho platform or officially authorized payment channels.

In case a user makes any payment outside the platform, Zamin Dekho shall not be responsible for financial loss, fraud, or disputes.

6. Structured Payments and Escrow

Certain transactions may be processed through structured payment or escrow systems. In such cases, funds may be temporarily held and released based on predefined conditions. Zamin Dekho acts strictly as a facilitator and not as a banking institution.

7. Property Verification and Disclosure

Property information is sourced from sellers, brokers, and internal verification processes. Zamin Dekho performs multiple verification checks to improve transparency, and verified information is presented to users within the platform.

However, certain verified details may not always be displayed due to technical limitations. Additional details may be explained during the site visit. Therefore, information shown on the platform should not be considered complete or final; physical site visits and independent verification are strongly recommended. Zamin Dekho does not guarantee legal clearance, complete accuracy, or future outcomes.

8. Broker Responsibility

Brokers may be independent professionals or platform-trained partners. Their performance is monitored through internal systems, ratings, and compliance checks. Any misconduct may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent removal.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to bypass the platform after receiving leads, misuse platform data or contacts, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

10. Anti Circumvention Protection

If a user attempts to complete a transaction outside the platform after engaging through Zamin Dekho, Zamin Dekho may impose penalties, charge applicable commission, or restrict/terminate services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zamin Dekho shall not be liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, or brokers, financial losses arising from user decisions, or legal issues related to property. However, Zamin Dekho may assist in communication and resolution support.

12. Account Control and Termination

Zamin Dekho reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to services, and take legal action in case of violations.

13. Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

1. Platform Fees

Platform-related fees, including subscription, listing, verification, and service charges, are non-refundable once services are initiated. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at the discretion of Zamin Dekho.

2. Property Transaction Payment Flow

Buyer payments, including token or advance amounts, are processed through Zamin Dekho’s authorized payment systems such as Razorpay or Cashfree.

3. Remaining Amount Handling

The remaining amount is transferred to the seller as per the agreed deal structure.

4. Refund Handling

Zamin Dekho actively assists users by initiating refund requests, managing communication with relevant parties, and supporting dispute resolution. Refund outcomes are determined based on deal terms, transaction conditions, and agreements between involved parties.

Zamin Dekho provides full support in the process but does not guarantee final refund outcomes.

5. Escrow Based Transactions

Where escrow or structured payment systems are used, fund release or refunds are governed by predefined conditions.

6. Refund Timeline

Any approved platform-level refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
